EVP_CIPHER-RC4 - The RC4 EVP_CIPHER implementations
DESCRIPTION
Support for RC4 symmetric encryption using the EVP_CIPHER API.
Algorithm Names
The following algorithms are available in the legacy provider:
- "RC4"

- "RC4-40"

- "RC4-HMAC-MD5"

Parameters
This implementation supports the parameters described in
``PARAMETERS'' in EVP_EncryptInit(3).
