DESCRIPTION
La macro MB_CUR_MAX définie une expression entière donnant le nombre
maximal d'octets nécessaires pour représenter un caractère large unique dans
la localisation courante. Cette expression n'est pas une constante à la
compilation, car cette valeur change suivant la localisation.
VALEUR RENVOYÉE
Un entier de l'intervalle [1, MB_LEN_MAX]. La valeur 1 correspond à
l'encodage 8 bits habituel.
