This file documents changes to the tc fonts after 17-JUN-1995
1-FEB-1997 After the release of the ec fonts, this file is closed.
Further changes will be documented in ec-chg.txt.
19-JAN-1997 Adjusted height of capital hachek accent
Added <hyphen><hyphenchar> ligature even for tc fonts.
11-JAN-1997 Tuned the center dot to work well with catalan l.l
7-JAN-1997 Replaced |monospace| by |hefty| in condition for pos3 in
textsurd.
Added forgotten |pickup tiny.nib| to italic fractions
1/2 and 1/4.
Improved shape of the low lying tilde.
Corrected |font_identifier| for tcsl (found by Ulrik Vieth)
Changed |vair| for tcso from 13 to 15 (found by Ulrik Vieth)
Added tcfs (Fibonacci Slanted) as suggeseted by Ulrik Vieth
Finally found the bug in upwards and downwards arrows, causing
strange pathes at high resolution. Some r's and l's were
switched.
23-DEC-1996 Made all fontnames 4 letters + 4 digits for the interpolating
fonts. Renamed tcr -> tcrm, tcb -> tcrb, tcu -> tcui.
22-DEC-1996 Got rid of txmacros.mf by moving the few definitions either
to exbase.mf or txaccent.mf.
Consequently applied |hi.| in txpseudo.mf.
20-DEC-1996 Starting transition to ec: Renamed files, replaced |dcchar| by
|ecchar|, changed file headers, changed |version_check| to ask
for (1,0).
19-NOV-1996 Added more characters: New capital tie, semantic brackets,

Fine tuned the Lira sign to guarantee equal crossbars
Added tie accent, cm version (for lowercase) in txsymbol,
oct"023", and a new uppercase version in txaccent, oct"033".
Duplicated the double hyphen, one instance is completely inside
its box, placed on `-', the other is hanging (oct"177")
Renovated the section sign (\S), very much improved especially
for bold extended parameters.
