Mark overriding member functions as 'override'
This does not affect the generated code (API or ABI), but:
1) Makes sure that in case the signature of one of these functions would
change by accident, the build breaks as the function no longer overrides
a base function.
2) Makes the code readable by explicitly marking all overriding
functions as 'override', where previously the reader had to read the
interface of the base class(es) as well to find out if the function is
virtual or not.
3) Since 'override' implies 'virtual', remove the 'virtual' keyword
where 'override' is present.

DosWord: ignore headers and footers in body of text for now
In Word for DOS, at any point a header or footer can be defined; this
means that the following page will have this header and/or footer.
In the MS Write format, only headers and footers can be defined at the
very beginning of the document. Enforce this for both formats for now;
this fixes the parser dropping large sections of text before headers
or footers.

The interline spacings are dependant on the height of the font (at
least the size of the first character). LibreOffice imports spacings
in rtf with the height of (size / 72) inch, which is pretty accurate.

improve perf. of output of sheets
The improvement is especially significant for large grids with only a
few non-empty cells. Here the complexity of the algorithm goes from
worse than quadratic to nearly linear.

make the data length sanity check really work
Defined as int, nPLC could end up being negative in broken files. In
that case it would always be smaller than length, there would be no
early exit and the parsing would (seemingly) hang, trying to process an
insane amount of entries.

many improvements on WPS4: retrieve more paragraph's properties ( borders, ... ), retrieve some headers/footers, some pictures, the footnotes and the comments, try to be a little more robust, ie. try to continue the parsing, even when we detect some <<small incoherences>> in a document new options in configure.ac: --disable-weffc to avoid using -Weffc++ ( may be usefull when using an old gcc or boost version ), --enable-full-debug for development which stores the result of the WPS4 parsing's by creating some files in the current repository.
