3.4.56 tpl-file-next-line - get the template file plus next line number

Usage: (tpl-file-next-line [ msg-fmt ])
This is almost the same as See tpl-file-line - get the template file+line number, except that the line referenced is the next line, per C compiler conventions, and consequently defaults to the format: # <line-no+1> "<file-name>"

msg-fmt - Optional - formatting for line message
