EasyBind leverages lambdas to reduce boilerplate
when creating custom bindings, provides a type-safe alternative to
Bindings.select* methods (inspired by Anton Nashatyrev's feature
request, planned for JavaFX 9) and adds monadic operations to
ObservableValue.
