NAME
rmsginit - create a new .po file with user's environment and input
SYNOPSIS
rmsginit [ -i input.mo ] [ -o output.mo ] [ -l cc ]
DESCRIPTION
Create a new .po file from initializing .pot file with user's environ-
ment and input.
